I believe that your experience depends on your manager. Mine is incredible and mentors me while also balancing letting me spread my wings and learn. I feel supported and have many resources available. More Salesforce training would be helpful & streamlining processes and pricing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is more of a mentor than a "manager". I honestly feel like he is invested in my success as a TM.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary could definitely use a bump but I like the new comp plan and that it rewards us for all area of focus (renewals, nee biz, growth, secures etc).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Im still new (3 months) so I am still meeting everyone. I definitely know who to call for what on my team but wish our team was more talkative and bonded in general.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing my territory and getting to see and visit with cute animals at my accounts. Makes for a nice balance of feeling like there are little "happy breaks" throughout the day of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager and equipment specilaist are my go-tos since they have the most fun and engaging personalities while still getting the job done. Outside of my team I dont really know much about company culture.
