Brian W. Freed — Senior Vice President of Midstream & Marketing at Apache Corporation

Mr. Brian W. Freed has been Senior Vice President of Midstream & Marketing at Apache Corporation since April 2017. Mr. Freed joined Apache from Crestwood Equity Partners LP, where he served as Senior Vice President of commercial operations, Western United States from 2015 to 2017 and as Vice President of crude logistics for Inergy from 2012 to 2015, which merged with Crestwood. Mr. Freed served as Vice President of Business Development at Rangeland Energy, LLC from January 2011 to January 10, 2013. Mr. Freed has 11 years of experience in the business processes, operations and software for logistical companies with a focus on the liquids pipeline and terminal industry. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Energy Solutions International, Inc. He co-founded Entessa, Inc. in 2003, served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. Prior to Entessa, Mr. Freed served as Managing Principal Consultant at Excelon/C-bridge Internet Solutions, where he focused on strategic consulting as well as implementing technology solutions for Oil and Gas companies. Mr. Freed joined C-bridge Internet Solution from Perot Systems, where he was a business process consultant helping Fortune 500 companies improve operational efficiencies. Prior to Perot Systems, he proudly served as an artillery officer in the United States Army. He is one of the inaugural inductees into the Army ROTC Hall of Fame. He serves as a Director of Energy Solutions International, Inc. Mr. Freed graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He served with honor and distinction as a field artillery officer in the United States Army, achieving the rank of captain.
