Rebecca A. Hoyt — Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at Apache Corporation

Ms. Rebecca A. Hoyt, also known as Becky, has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Apache Corporation a Managing Partner of Apache Offshore Investment Partnership since November 2010 and also has been its Senior Vice President and Controller since August 2014 and November 2006 respectively. Ms. Hoyt served as Assistant Controller of Apache Corporation since July 01, 2003 and its Vice President from November 2006 to August 2014. She served as Director of Financial and Expenditure Accounting, responsible for Financial Accounting, Partnership Accounting, Expenditure Accounting and the System Support Group for Apache's operations in the United States. Her responsibilities have now been expanded to encompass overseeing Canada's accounting functions. Since joining Apache in 1993, she has managed a broad range of accounting activities as well as the successful SAP system implementation. Before joining Apache, she served as an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston.
