Mr. Richard Scott Fox, also known as Rick, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Regulated Operations at Aqua America, Inc. since July 16, 2015 and served as its Regional President. Mr. Fox is responsible for the overall leadership, management and operations of Aqua Illinois. He served as the President of Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. since August 19, 2011. Prior to joining Aqua, he worked for 17 years in the chemical manufacturing industry in operations and technical management. He earned his B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and his M.B.A. from Villanova University.
