Mr. William P. Hankowsky, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Property Trust since January 21, 2003 and has been its President since May 12, 2002 and Chairman since June 10, 2003. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer at RPT 1425 New York Avenue LLC, RKB WillowWood LLC, Liberty/Comcast 1701 JFK Boulevard, L.P., RKB Lakeside LLC, RKB Corporate Oaks LLC, and RPT Presidents Park LLC. Mr. Hankowsky joined the firm on January 1, 2001 as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President. He served as the President at Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation from 1989 to 2000. He served as the City of Philadelphia's Commerce Director. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Kimmel Center Inc. He served as Chairman of Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce until October 2012. He serves as a Director of Innovation Philadelphia Inc., Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts Inc., and Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corp. He has been an Independent Director of Aqua America, Inc. since May 2004. He has been a Director of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. since November 2006 and Citizens Bank, N.A. since February 21, 2007. He serves as a Director of Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania Inc. Penn's Landing Corporation, Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, and NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange, Inc. He is the Chairman of RPT 1425 New York Avenue LLC, RKB WillowWood LLC, RKB Corporate Oaks LLC, RKB Lakeside LLC, Liberty/Comcast 1701 JFK Boulevard, L.P., and RPT Presidents Park LLC. He has been on the board of directors of Citizens Financial Group subsidiary, CBPA since November 2006. He has been a Trustee at Liberty Property Trust since May 2003. He served as a Director of Nasdaq Omx PHLX LLC. He serves on the boards of Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and Interstate General Media (Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News). He serves on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. He served as Director of Citizens Bank (New Haven, MO). Mr. Hankowsky received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Brown University.
