Overall I appreciate the things working at IHOP has taught me, but the people they hire at IHOP need to be screened.

More efficient standards and work policies.

I would like to be paid more and have better coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers. If they are kind and happy, then I am kin and happy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to quit taking smoke breaks every ten minutes and quit complaining about their life problems at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders. My manager is constantly in her phone and doesn’t do anything, but yells at everyone when they sit down. Ridiculous.
