What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders. My manager is constantly in her phone and doesn’t do anything, but yells at everyone when they sit down. Ridiculous.

I would like to be paid more and have better coworkers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to quit taking smoke breaks every ten minutes and quit complaining about their life problems at work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The food they serve there
More efficient standards and work policies.
