What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Focussed on the employee then the customer. Happy employees means happy customers. Of course there is accountability, but the collaborative nature means that you can ask for help long before a problem becomes critical.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Reasonably fast and straightforward, and plenty of feedback along the way.
