Paul Elenio — Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Arbor Realty Trust

Mr. Paul Elenio has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. since September 16, 2005. Mr. Elenio serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Arbor Commercial Mortgage and Arbor Realty Trust's financial operations. This includes financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting and the appropriate utilization of Arbor's capital. He is also in charge of Investor Relations for Arbor Realty Trust. Mr. Elenio served as senior Vice President of Finance at Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. since 2004. He began his career with Arbor and its predecessor companies in 1991 and he served as a Vice President and Controller since 1995 and Vice President of Finance since 2002. As the Financial Reporting and Tax Supervisor, he was involved in Arbor Commercial Mortgage's 1992 Initial Public Offering. Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Elenio was employed with Ernst & Young from 1989 to 1990 in the Auditing department. Mr. Elenio serves as a Member of Arbor Realty Trust's Loan and is a Member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
