J. Paul Doody, P.E. serves as Senior Vice President of Arcadis Us, Inc. Mr. Doody is a specialist in the management and remediation of impacted aquatic systems and is the Engineer of Record for the design of the sediment cleanup specified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Superfund Record of Decision (ROD) for the Upper Hudson River. He is one of 14 independent experts selected to review a report being published by the National Academy of Sciences on the effectiveness of dredging at Superfund 'megasites' (sites where remedial costs are expected to exceed $50 million). He served on many of the largest PCB contaminated sediment sites in the country. He has more than more than 25 years of experience in the fields of environmental engineering, including remedial design and construction, remedial investigations and feasibility studies, treatability studies, and risk assessments.
