Mr. Lance K. Josal, MBA, MCIM, FAIA, served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of RTKL Associates, Inc. from September 1, 2009 to June 1, 2017. Mr. Josal is instrumental in RTKL's expansion into new and emerging markets and in navigating its core business lines-retail, hospitality and residential-through challenging economic times. Mr. Josal is a 30-year veteran of RTKL and for seven years has directed its Commercial Practice Group. Throughout his career, he has played an integral role in keeping RTKL at the forefront of the industry. His Industry Affiliations includes American Institute of Architects; American Institute of Architects - College of Fellows ;Chicago Architecture Foundation; Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce; Economic Club of Chicago; Dallas Architecture Forum; Design Futures Council; Design-Build Institute of America; Greater Dallas Chamber; International Council of Shopping Centers; National Building Museum; Urban Land Institute. He has been Chairman of the Board for CallisonRTKL Inc. since June 1, 2017. Mr. Josal is graduate of North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota, holds Bachelor Degrees in both Art in 1977 and Architecture in 1978.
