David E. Gansberg — CEO of Arch Mortgage Insurance Company and President Arch Mortgage Insurance Company at Arch Capital Group Ltd.

Mr. David E. Gansberg serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Arch Mortgage Insurance Company at Arch Capital Group Ltd. Mr. Gansberg serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Arch U.S. MI Services Inc. He served as Executive Vice President of Casualty at Arch Reinsurance Company Inc. from July 2007 to February 2013. He has over 12 years insurance and reinsurance experience. He began career with Cigna Property & Casualty in a variety of actuarial positions until that business was purchased by Ace. He relocated to Bermuda and held the position of Assistant Vice President for Ace's Financial Solutions International unit. Prior to joining Arch Re (Bermuda) in 2001, Mr. Gansberg was an actuary for Cigna and transferred to ACE Bermuda in 1999 following ACE Bermuda's purchase of Cigna's property and casualty business. Mr. Gansberg joined Arch Re Ltd. in December 2001 as an underwriter responsible for international casualty treaty business. Upon returning to the US in 2006, he performed a variety of roles supporting the Reinsurance Group as a Senior Vice President for Arch Capital Services from June 2006 to July 2007. Mr. Gansberg joined Arch Re Co in July 2007. He serves as Director of Arch Mortgage Insurance Company and Arch U.S. MI Services Inc. He served as Director at Arch Reinsurance Company Inc. from July 2007 to February 2013. Mr. Gansberg is a Fellow of Casualty Actuarial Society and Member of American Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Gansberg is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
