Mr. John T. Drexler has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Arch Coal Inc. since April 30, 2008 and its Principal Accounting Officer since December 31, 2016. Mr. Drexler has been Treasurer of Arch Coal Inc. since January 13, 2016. He served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Arch Coal Inc. since March 2006 to April 2008. From March 2005 to March 2006, he served as Arch's Director - Planning and Forecasting. Prior to March 2005, he held several other positions within Arch's finance and accounting department. Prior to joining Arch in 1998, he served as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Drexler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
