Better at correcting negative behavior towards individuals in the work place
Make time cards more accessible. The software for it is down more than it is up. You have to duplicate time sheets all the time. No one really helps you with that. Gotts find a "good ole boy" to help you while out out on locations. Some will help you, others are tattle tales. Good Luck!
Needed help with employee he would always talk bad to me with choice words, would never do as he was asked.
Strong leaders who are able to teach others the ins & outs of the "hidden ways". They all so need to have some follow up. Hiring a guy with little or no experience is fine, as long as there is support for them. Making other employees "train" the new guy does not work. Feast or Famine.

Unreasonable expectations. Managers are never around but they will text you and tell you to contact another employee to help you. Those employees are busy and don't have time to stop and hold your hand. They defiently use the "wait and see" approach with their employees. You just don't know anythin
