Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I came in with no experience so I was compensated on the low end, but in 5 short months I've learned and have been a top operations manager multiple times. I'd like to be compensated for the amount of work that I do and effort that I put in to being successful at Argus.
