Mark Hershey — Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Armstrong World Industries

Mr. Mark A. Hershey has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. since July 1, 2011 and has been Chief Compliance Officer since February 2012. Mr. Hershey has been Secretary of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. since April 2016. He joined Armstrong World Industries in July 2011. Mr. Hershey serves as a Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Armstrong World Industries Ltd. since July 2011. Mr. Hershey served as Senior Vice President of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. since July 1, 2011 and served as its Secretary since July 1, 2011 until June 2014. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Ricoh Americas Corporation since April 2010 and served as its Secretary and was responsibility for corporate governance, customer and vendor transactions, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, employment litigation and counseling, commercial litigation, ethics, physical security and regulatory and enterprise compliance. He served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Ikon Office Solutions Inc. (alternate name Ricoh USA, Inc.) since March 21, 2005. He started with IKON in 1999 as Counsel and served as its Senior Counsel. He served for six years with Ikon Office Solutions Inc. in positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Transactional Law. He has an in-depth understanding of Ikon Office Solutions Inc.'s business, related laws and regulations and corporate governance matters. He was an Associate in the Corporate Department of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens and Young, LLP in Philadelphia, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and technology law. Mr. Hershey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a Law Degree from Villanova University.
