Mr. Timothy Cummins, CPA, Tim, serves as Lead Partner at Aronson LLC. Mr. Cummins leads Aronson LLC's Construction Industry Services Group. He joined the Aronson LLC in 1982 and has spent over 20 years in the industry. His clients include construction professionals, including general contractors and subcontractors, real estate developers, and property owners. He specializes in general accounting, tax, litigation support, strategic planning, and business consulting services. As an Expert in the field, he has made various presentations to local and national construction trade associations on accounting, tax, and management issues. He has also provided numerous articles for national construction industry publications on issues affecting the industry and is a contributing author and editor of the Firm's newsletter, The Contractor. He is also an Author of the Treasury Management and Management Reporting chapters of the Construction Controller's Manual. He is an Active Member of AICPA, MACPA, Mid-Atlantic Surety Association, Construction Financial Management Association, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metropolitan Washington as well as the Education Committee of the D.C. Metropolitan Subcontractors Association. Mr. Cummins earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1982.
