Dr. Victor Sandor, M.D., C.M., has been Chief Medical Officer of Array BioPharma, Inc. since September 22, 2014. Dr. Sandor has a wealth of experience in oncology/hematology drug development, following a successful track record in leadership positions at premier biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies, including Incyte, Biogen and AstraZeneca. Dr. Sandor has more than a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior to joining Array, Dr. Sandor served as Senior Vice President of Drug Development of Incyte Corporation since May 2014. Dr. Sandor joined Incyte as Vice President Global Oncology Drug Development in February 2010. Before joining Incyte, Dr. Sandor was Vice President of Clinical Oncology at Biogen Idec and he led the U.S.-based emerging product effort in oncology at AstraZeneca. Dr. Sandor is a board-certified medical oncologist with experience in both academic and private oncology practice. He completed his Fellowship in Medical Oncology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland and earned his medical degree (MD,CM) from McGill University in Montreal.
