What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well educated but flexible. That's just what I think.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options WERE good. This is when ASKJ was on the NASDAQ, not IACI.
The Vacation package is nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Innovative, Curious, Mischievous, Literate, Affable.
Inventive and Funny. Flexible plus Innovative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Corporate side, which had joined Ask Global, was risky and adrenaline-filled, but still very, very rewarding.
I miss the Soda Machines with free drinks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being asked what my favorite Internet companies were....These were in the days BEFORE the Internet exploded.
Being interviewed by both Consumer and Corporate (when it still existed) and then given the choice. I was in the low 20s of number of employees
What makes you most happy at work?
Coffee in the morning and occasional cigarette breaks (even though I don't smoke anymore)
making the user, i.e. the customer, happy.
