Andrew Krane — SVP and Construction Insurance Surety Practice Group Leader for Assoc.d Benefits & Risk Consulting at Associated Banc-Corp

Mr. Andrew Krane has been Senior Vice President and Construction Insurance Surety Practice Group Leader for Associated Benefits & Risk Consulting at Associated Banc-Corp., since November 2016. Mr. Krane is responsible for the surety department sales and service management, sales leadership of the construction insurance team and current client executive duties. He served as Senior Vice President at Ahmann-Martin. He was responsible at Ahmann-Martin include managing the benefits department and serving on the board of directors. He also participates in several industry associations, such as the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Minnesota, AGC of South Dakota and the Collaborative. His insurance experience spans over 29 years, more than 10 of which with Ahmann-Martin Company. He joined the Associated team in 2015 when Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting acquired Ahmann-Martin & Co. He has held various leadership roles with Ahmann-Martin since 1996 and was part of their senior leadership team. Before that, he served as an Associate Underwriter at Seaboard Surety Companies in St. Paul. In the community, he serves on the board of directors for the Courage Kenny Foundation. He was also the Treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 283 in Wayzata and has coached baseball for many years in the Plymouth-Wayzata youth baseball program. Mr. Krane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Drake University. He holds a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) designation. He also holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
