Mr. Robert Adam Bailenson, also known as Rob, is the Chief Financial Officer of Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. Mr. Bailenson serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Assured Guaranty Municipal Holdings Inc. and Assured Guaranty Corp. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Assured Guaranty Ltd. since June 1, 2011, Managing Director since May 5, 2005 and has been its Chief Accounting Officer since May 05, 2005. He served as a Senior Vice President of Assured Guaranty Ltd. since January 2003. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Assured Guaranty Corp. from January 2003 to June 1, 2011. He was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Assured Guaranty Re Ltd. from 1999 to 2003. He was previously the Assistant Controller of Capital Re Corp., which was acquired by ACE Limited in 1999. Prior to joining Assured Guaranty in 1990, he was with Ernst & Young LLP. He serves as a Director of Assured Guaranty Re Ltd. and Assured Guaranty Corp. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Bailenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University.
