Ms. Amy Tung has been Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of ATA Inc. since April 1, 2017. Ms. Tung served as a Vice President at ATA, Inc. Ms. Tung served as Financial Controller of ATA, Inc. from August 2006 to 2014 and as its Vice President of Finance from 2006 to 2014. Previously, she served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at ATA, Inc. since February 20, 2010. Prior to joining ATA in August 2006, Ms. Tung worked as Controller at Bayer Healthcare Limited from 2005 to 2006, as Senior Financial Analyst at BEA Systems (Hong Kong) Limited from 2004 to 2005 and as Finance Manager at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (Hong Kong) Limited from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Tung graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in business administration in 2001 and Columbia University and a master's degree in financial engineering in 2002. Ms. Tung is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
