Spencer Schwartz — Executive VP & CFO at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings

Mr. Spencer Schwartz has been the Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. since June 18, 2010 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2014. Mr. Schwartz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Atlas Air, Inc. since June 18, 2010 and January 2014 respectively. Mr. Schwartz served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings Inc. and Atlas Air, Inc. from November 17, 2008 to June 18, 2010 and also served as its Senior Vice President until December 19, 2013. He served as the Senior Vice President and Business Finance Officer of MasterCard Worldwide's Global Development Group since 2003. Mr. Schwartz also served as the Controller of MasterCard Inc. since 2000. Mr. Schwartz was primarily responsible for all accounting and financial control functions at MasterCard. Mr. Schwartz served as the Vice President of Taxation at MasterCard. Before joining MasterCard in 1996, he headed the tax department of Carl Zeiss, Inc. He held various positions at Price Waterhouse LLP. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Schwartz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business of New York University.
