Feeling like I have a big impact on my domain, ownership over both success and failures is very motivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just great chemistry between all co-workers, lots of positive vibes and fun while working hard. Makes me excited and happy to come into the office.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't have a normal interview process, contracted for a bit part time and was recommended by someone already employed there. Most of the interview process felt like a formality given we had already spent time working together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
need to have less shared decision making and less shared responsibility, empower a few people and trust them with decisions. For the most part AgileCraft is great at that, but there are a few scenarios where we need to shore up our process
