Everyone is willing to pitch in and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is on the upper end of the scale, plus there is a bonus program based on the success of the whole company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work with a great team of people. Plus the clients are very pleased with our product and they're looking to get the most out of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is global, and there's regular input from all the team members. Plus, if anyone has a question, there are forums for getting immediate responses and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's constant communication (easily every week) about what is happening within the company and what new customers are coming onboard or what existing customers are asking us to do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to talk to a lot of people and they gave me their view of the company and what was needed. So I was confident I'd be a good fit and I could contribute when I joined.
