Mr. Dror Harel-Elkayam has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Attunity, Ltd. since October 2010 October 2004 respectively and served as its Vice President of Finance. Mr. Harel-Elkayam serves as the Principal Accounting Officer of Attunity, Ltd. From August 1997 to June 2003, Mr. Harel-Elkayam served as the Director of Finance and Corporate Secretary of Precise Software Solutions Ltd. Since the acquisition of Precise by Veritas in June 2003 and served as Finance Manager in Precise until September 2004. He is also a certificated public accountant in Israel. He holds B.A. degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
