Colleen Kelly, General Counsel, leads AutoBidMaster's legal and compliance departments to help protect and promote the company’s continuing profitable growth. Colleen joined AutoBidMaster in 2018. At AutoBidMaster Colleen has continued her focus on guiding Oregon's leading entrepreneurs, having worked as Assistant General Counsel at Hollywood Entertainment Corporation and Wilshire Financial Services Group previously. Most recently she was Assistant General Counsel for Legacy Education Alliance, Inc., focusing on their international business units. She holds a Juris Doctorate and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from University of Oregon.
