They let you make the decisions when needed. They will support you in all situations.

Everyone is fully engaged. There is no in-fighting or territorial disputes.

Very upbeat. People love working here and this is one of very few IT organizations where people have been working for years,

Working on projects I can make a difference in. Doing the work at my pace and not having managers looking over my shoulder.
