What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying about if you have a problem to come to them So you do and they write you up and lie to you
Actually track the success of employees and managers. Lots of managers in the company doing bad work and scape goating the members that report to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its less about the compensation and more about being more transparent and truly talking about performance and how to improve the work. There are so many bad leaders at the top trying to cover their tracks. Its unbelievable that such a large company lets such terrible management stay in place.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bosses are fake and can retaliate against employees very easily. Environment of fear.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management is the worst and so is the pay
The company can value me a bit more. They can stop shipping me where ever they feel, whenever they feel like it and take my concerns into consideration
