What is the best part about your compensation package?

Retirement saving plan we have

Everything is good, the company complies with the law and requirements in every country they have employees on.

The compensation package is very generous when compared to the workload.

I feel well rewarded for the hard work I put in.

That I am eligible for quarterly as well as bi-annual bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I answered "no" to the Stock/Equity and Benefits questions because I am on contract and do not believe I have any.
