With nearly 29 years of industry experience, Mr. Phillips was most recently President of Munich Health North America Inc.'s Reinsurance Division, where he was responsible for the management of Munich Health's US health reinsurance business. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA). Mr. Phillips received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
