Mr. Michael Williamson, J.D., Esq., serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. Mr. Williamson served as General Counsel at Vessix Vascular, Inc. since August 2011. He served as an Intellectual Property Advisor at Vessix Vascular, Inc. since 2009. He advised Cisco Systems on various matters including medical device intellectual property, legal transactions, regulatory, product development and operations. Mr. Williamson served at Cordis Corporation/Nitinol Devices and Components (NDC) first in manufacturing operations and engineering, and served as a Product Development Leader and a Director responsible for business development support and the intellectual property portfolio management of several Cordis operating units including NDC, Connor MedSystems and Cordis Accelerated Medical Ventures. Mr. Williamson is a member of the Bars in California, the US Patent Office and the District and Appellate Courts of the Federal 9th Circuit of Northern California. Mr. Williamson holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obsipo, and a Juris Doctor from the John F. Kennedy School of Law.
