Too many people are trying to run things, if we had less people trying to run things it would be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I only get paid 2 dollars per hour and i believe I deserve more.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to fix their attitudes.
They need to start working more and getting more money
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More good people better designs and things.

They don’t know how to attend the high amount of customers they have
Attitude effects all employees to certain degree
Because it gets boring and ?m not really occupied with it
