I was a field associate then I got promoted to become a problem solver and I was doing everything great this in the company

Fair salary, decent health plan. No opportunity for growth unless you sit next to the right people in synagogue, and most positions there are dead-end. Employees often bullied by managers. Experience and knowledge are disparaged or ignored by management. Expression of opinion is squelched.
