Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We feel like as more staff members leave the stores they work at they are not replaced due to budgeting even in a multi million pound company and so the staff that are left are expected to pick up the slack and work the jobs of several for the same pay and not complain about it
if it significantly improved inline with competitors
