Jacques Tortoroli — Chief Administration Officer and Executive Vice President at Bacardi USA

Mr. Jacques Tortoroli has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Bacardi Limited since December 1, 2014 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Tortoroli is a Member of the Global Leadership Team of Bacardi Limited and is based at the headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda, pending Bermuda Department of Immigration approvals. Mr. Tortoroli served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of MTV Networks Company, a division of Viacom Inc., since March 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Financial Services for Viacom and was responsible for Viacom's Global Business Services organization, Continuous Improvement Group, Sourcing, Risk Management, Travel and Financial Planning & Analysis functions. Mr. Tortoroli held various positions within Viacom since he joined the Viacom in 2002. Mr. Tortoroli served as Controller of Viacom Inc., from January 1, 2006 to March 2008 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since January 1, 2006 and also served as its Executive Vice President from January 2008 to March 2008. He served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of CBS Corporation since October 5, 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Viacom Inc., since January 1, 2006 and oversaw accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and forecasting, and payroll for new Viacom. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Scient Inc., e-Services consultancy from December 2001 to June 2002 and also served as its Treasurer and Secretary until June 2002. Mr. Tortoroli served at Scient Enterprises, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Scient, Inc. from December 2001 to June 2002 and served as its Treasurer and Secretary until June 2002. Mr. Tortoroli served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Westwood One Inc., from July 2002 to 2004 and served as its Senior Vice President. He served as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of CBS Radio Inc. (formerly, Infinity Broadcasting Corp.), a subsidiary of Viacom Inc., from July 25, 2002 to 2005. He joined Y&R Advertising, a subsidiary of Young & Rubicam Inc., as Chief Financial Officer in 1998. He served as Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of Young & Rubicam Inc. from April 1998 to October 2001. He served multi-year assignments in PepsiCo's London and Rome based operations and served as Vice President and Controller of Pepsi-Cola International and in earlier in financial roles in Europe and in Pepsi Cola's New York headquarters. Mr. Tortoroli started his career with KPMG for eight years in its New York and Brussels, Belgium offices and served as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Tortoroli served as a Director of Ibiquity Digital Corporation. He served as a Trustee of St. Thomas Aquinas College, RDG Group and the Advertising Education Foundation. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State. Mr. Tortoroli graduated from St. Francis College New York with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
