Mr. Michael J. Dolan, also known as Mike, Ph.D., has been the Chief Executive Officer of Bacardi Limited since May 2014. Mr. Dolan is an Advisor at Compound. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Access to Money, Inc., since August 1, 2007 and served as its Secretary. He served as a Senior Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Young & Rubicam Inc. at WPP plc from 2000 to May 2003. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Young & Rubicam Inc. since 2000 and the Chief Financial Officer since July 1996. He joined Young & Rubicam Inc. in 1995 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman and he led the 1996 recapitalization of Young & Rubicam Inc. with Hellman & Friedman. He also led the successful Initial Public Offering in 1998 and three subsequent secondary offerings. Mr. Dolan negotiated the sale of Y&R to WPP Group Plc in 2000. Mr. Dolan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Snack Ventures Europe for four years from August 1991 to July 1996. Mr. Dolan spent six years with PepsiCo Foods International. He served PFI as Senior Vice President of Operations from 1991 to 1992 and Vice President of Strategic Planning and New Business Development in 1991. His earlier experience included a period with Continental Group as President of the Beverage and Food Can Divisions after its acquisition by Peter Kiewit Sons. Mr. Dolan was a Partner at Booz Allen & Hamilton. He began his career with Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. of New York. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of America's Choice. He has been a Director of Bacardi Limited since July 2009. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Thomas Weisel Partners Group, Inc. He has been an Independent Lead Director of Mattel, Inc. since April 2, 2015 and has been its Independent Director since February 2, 2004. He serves as a Director of IMG Worldwide, Inc. He serves as a Director of Northside Center for Child Development, the United Way of New York and USA Swimming Foundation. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Young & Rubicam Inc., from 2000 to May 2003 and as a Vice Chairman since July 1996. Mr. Dolan was an investor in and served as the Chairman of the Board of America's Choice, Inc. from October 2004 to September 2010. He served as a Director of Luminant Worldwide Corp. since September 1999. He served as an Independent Director of Regal Entertainment Group from June 12, 2004 to May 11, 2005. Mr. Dolan holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and English Literature from Cornell University and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
