Mr. Kenneth C. Bockhorst, also known as Ken, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Badger Meter, Inc. since October 11, 2017. Mr. Bockhorst oversees the Badger's municipal water and flow instrumentation manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing and acquisition activities. He also responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and new product development. He has 20 plus years of operations management expertise. Mr. Bockhorst served as an Executive Vice President of Energy Segment at Actuant Corporation since April 12, 2016 until September 8, 2017, where he oversaw 1,500 employees globally and managed the segment's three business units. During his tenure at Actuant, he established a demonstrated track record of building strong customer relationships and motivated business teams, driving sales growth, executing robust operational excellence initiatives and improving profitability. He also developed and executed strategic plans that included major portfolio enhancements with both acquisition and divestiture activities. Mr. Bockhorst served as Business Unit Leader of Actuant's Hydratight business since October 2014. He served as President of the Hydratight business unit. Mr. Bockhorst joined Actuant in 2011 as Global Vice President of Operations for the Enerpac business. Prior to Actuant, he held product management and operational leadership roles at IDEX Corporation from 2007 to 2011 and at Eaton Corporation from 1991 to 2007. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Marketing and Human Resources from Marian University and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
