Mr. Barry E. Bretschneider serves as Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP. He has a diverse practice which is concentrated on patent infringement litigation in the district courts and before the International Trade Commission, post grant patent procedures including inter partes review, reexaminations and interferences, patent prosecution, patent licensing and related transactional work and trademark litigation and prosecution. Mr. Bretschneider represents U.S. and foreign corporations and his diverse background includes working with a multitude of technologies, such as the electronics, semiconductors, polymers, composite materials, medical device, pharmaceutical and automotive industries, among many others.
