John R. Fornaciari — Partner at Baker & Hostetler

Mr. John R. Fornaciari , also known as Jack, serves as a Partner at Baker Hostetler LLP. Mr. Fornaciari was recently a partner with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. His experience includes the trial of complex antitrust and white collar matters, including RICO claims, freeze-out mergers, and claims of breach of duty, conspiracy, mail fraud and wire fraud. He is currently representing defendants in three cartel cases. A significant component of Mr. Fornaciari's practice involves obtaining merger clearance before the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory agencies. He also has designed and implemented antitrust and FCPA compliance programs for companies in the United States and abroad. In addition, Jack's practice includes malpractice defense and general commercial litigation.
