Mr. David Grant, J.D. serves as Partner and Chair of Employment Group at Baker & Hostetler LLP. Mr. Grant is the national leader of the firm's Employment and Labor Group. At the firm, Mr. Grant's practice areas include employment counseling, wage and hour, labor relations, and employment litigation. He represents clients in wage and hour matters and investigations, unfair labor practice charges and hearings, collective bargaining negotiations, litigation, mediation, and arbitration. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Washington, D.C., in Employment Law'Management and Litigation'Labor and Employment.
