Ronald A. Stepanovic — Partner at Baker & Hostetler

Mr. Ronald A. Stepanovic, also known as Ron, serves as Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP. Mr. Stepanovic concentrates his practice on the acquisition and disposition of business entities and has particular experience in the acquisition and disposition of privately held companies by private equity funds. In addition to representing clients in transactions, he also provides ongoing day-to-day advice and counsel to the portfolio companies acquired by his private equity clients, a role which requires him to serve informally as general counsel. Mr. Stepanovic is co-leader of the firm's national Mergers and Acquisitions team and heads the firm's Private Equity practice. He is also the hiring partner of the firm's Cleveland office. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University
