They ask too much about titles and not much about what one can do actually

Although money is a good part of it, I get to go on vacation once in a while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The higher-ups barely talk to you about the culture of the company, they just think about the money
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't like it much, they don't treat you as a human being. They treat you like a number, but only the higher-ups. My co-workers try their best every day and always try to keep their chin up.
