Mr. David R. Casper, also known as Dave, has been Group Head of Commercial Banking at Bank of Montreal since June 1, 2015. Mr. Casper has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of BMO Harris Bank N.A. since June 1, 2015 and has been its Group Head of Commercial Banking since September 23, 2015. Mr. Casper served as Head of Commercial Banking-Personal & Commercial Banking U.S. and Executive Vice President at BMO Harris Bank National Association since March 2010. He served as an Executive Vice-President of Commercial Banking Division for Personal and Commercial U.S. at Bank of Montreal since March 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Division at BMO Harris Bank National Association. He served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking at Harris Financial Corporation since March 11, 2010. Mr. Casper served as an Executive Vice-President of Harris National Association since March 2010. He served as an Executive Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment and Corporate Banking U.S. of BMO Capital Markets Corp. at Bank of Montreal since September 2006. He served as Executive Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment and Corporate Banking U.S. at Harris Financial Corporation from July 2006 to March 11, 2010. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, he served as an Executive Vice-President at Harris Bank with responsibilities for managing corporate banking in the Midwest. He serves as a Director of Sentry Insurance A Mutual Company. Mr. Casper received a Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an B.Sc. from Dartmouth College.
