Ms. Lynn Roger has been the Chief Transformation Officer of Bank of Montreal (also known as BMO Financial Group) since 2012. Ms. Roger is accountable for overseeing an enterprise-wide effort to change the way we work, ensuring key decisions are made closer to the customer while empowering teams to execute and delivering on measurable outcomes. She also oversees the new Office of Transformation, which is focused on advancing BMO's culture of efficiency and constant improvement in order to produce a better experience for our customers and employees. Ms. Roger has become a trusted advisor to the bank's Executive Committee, ensuring BMO is balancing the needs of today with its the future strength. She joined BMO in 1979 and held a variety of positions in banking operations and Human Resources. In 2006, she was appointed Vice-President of Talent Acquisition, Planning & Development. From 2008 to 2010, Ms. Roger was Vice-President and HR Business Partner for Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking. Ms. Roger holds an MBA, Financial Services from Dalhousie University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
