Ms. Myra Ruth Cridland serves as Senior VP and Head of Private Banking - Canada & Asia at Bank of Montreal. Ms. Cridland serves as Head of Canada and Asia at BMO Private Banking. She serves as a Director of William Osler Health System. Ms. Cridland serves as a Director of BMO Asset Management Corp. She is Senior Vice-President, BMO Wealth Management Headquarters. She is responsible for leading a centre of excellence for a number of key functions from across the wealth management lines of business, including: Strategy and Performance Transformation, Business Operations, Project Management, Wealth Planning, Wealth Retail Sales and Client Experience. Ms. Cridland joined BMO as a Customer Service Representative while attending school. She served as Branch Manager in Personal & Commercial for five years in various locations in Toronto. For the next several years, Ms. Cridland held a variety of progressive positions in Personal & Commercial headquarters. Upon completion of her MBA she joined Corporate Finance and later joined the Wealth Management team. Ms. Cridland has an Honours BA from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Dalhousie University and recently received a Master's Certificate in Social Innovation from the University of Waterloo.
