Mr. Alan G. Randolph has been Florida Division President at Bank of the Ozarks since July 21, 2016. Mr. Randolph has been the President of Sobe News, Inc. since July 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Lender of C1 Financial, Inc and C1 Bank since October 2014. He served as Senior Vice President and South Florida Market Manager and Miami-Dade Market Manager of C1 Bank since January 2013. He is a Miami Banker with over 22 years' experience. He leads a team of bankers initially focused on commercial real estate, business, residential and SBA lending. He served as an Executive Vice President of Domestic Business Development of Bank Of Miami, N.A (formerly The International Bank Of Miami, National Association). Previously, he worked with Mellon United National Bank. He joined C1 Financial, Inc from SunTrust Bank, where he served as a Senior Vice President of private banking from 2012 to 2013. He served as a Senior Banker in private banking at J.P. Morgan in 2011 and from 2009 to 2011, he was an Executive Vice President for Bank of Miami. He also served as President of Ocean Drive Media group, a luxury publishing company, from 2006 to 2009. He also served as a Senior Vice President and Business Development Manager at Mellon Financial from 1998 to 2006 and as Vice President and Private Banking Manager at SunTrust Bank from 1990 to 1998. He oversees the South Florida Market for Bank and acts as Senior Lender to the commercial lending team. Mr. Randolph is a graduate of the University of Tampa and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
