Mr. Edward J. Wydock, also known as Ed, has been Chief Risk Officer at Bank of the Ozarks since June 2015. Prior to joining Bank of the Ozarks, Mr. Wydock served as Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer for Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUSQ) in Lititz, Pennsylvania from 2008 to May 2015 and as Chief Audit Executive from May 2002 to May 2007. Prior to joining Susquehanna Bancshares, he has also held various positions in accounting and risk management, most notably with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Director of Audit and Risk Advisory Services in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C., from March 1997 to May 2002, serving clients in the financial services industry and as Chief Audit Executive at CapitalOne Bank in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Mr. Wydock is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University (Pennsylvania).
