Ms. Julie A. Cripe has been President of South Texas Division at Bank of the Ozarks, Inc., since March 5, 2014 and oversees banking operations in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Ms. Cripe is a 34-year veteran of OMNIBANK. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of OMNIBANK, National Association since 1999 and May 2007 respectively. From 1999 to May 2007, Ms. Cripe also served as Chief Operating Officer of OMNIBANK, N.A. Since August 2007, she has also served as a Vice President of Bancshares, Inc., OMNIBANK, N.A.'s privately held holding company. She served as a Director of OMNIBANK, National Association since 1992. Ms. Cripe serves as a board member of The Chaplaincy Fund. She was chairman of the Education Foundation Board of the ABA. She served as a Director at Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas from January 1, 2009 to March 5, 2014. Ms. Cripe completed her undergraduate coursework and obtained her MBA from the University of Houston.
