Mr. Lowell S. Dansker has been President of Stabilized Properties Group at Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. since February 2015. Mr. Dansker served as the Chief Executive Officer of Intervest Bancshares Corp. and its subsidiary Intervest National Bank since August 17, 2006. He serves as an Administrator of Intervest Bancshares Corp.'s statutory trusts. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Intervest Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of Intervest Bancshares Corp. from August 2006 to 2011 and from 1987 to 2011 respectively. He served the Chief Executive Officer of Intervest Securities Corporation until 2006 and also served as its Registered Principal since 1997. He served as President of Intervest Bancshares Corp. since 1993. He served as Principal Accounting Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Executive Officer of Intervest Bancshares Corp. He served as Treasurer of Intervest Bancshares since 1993. Mr. Dansker served as Principal Financial and Principal Accounting Officer of Intervest Mortgage Corp. He served as Treasurer of Intervest Mortgage Corp. since 1987. He has been the Chairman of Intervest Bancshares Corp. since August 17, 2006. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Intervest Mortgage Corp. from August 17, 2006 to 2011. He served as Vice Chairman at Intervest National Bank and Intervest Securities Corporation. He served as Vice Chairman of Intervest Mortgage Corp. since 2004 and Intervest Bancshares Corp. from October 2003 to August 2006. He has been a Director of Intervest Bancshares Corp. since 1993. He served as a Director of Intervest Mortgage Corp. from 1987 to 2011. Mr. Dansker received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and a Law degree from the University of Akron School of Law and is admitted to practice as an Attorney in the State of New York, Ohio, Florida and the District of Columbia.
